130 gr Water Lukewarm
1 tsp Salt
Olive oil The amount depends where in the process
5.5 gr Yeast Dry
適量 Rosemary

適量 Parsley Fresh
1 tsp Garlic powder

Don’t put too much oil; otherwise the bread becomes too soft.

Fry the meat; otherwise, the moist of the meat will make the bread too soft.

Tomatoes, if added, must be very dried.

Mix the flour, water, 2 tbsp of oil, and yeast. Knead, add the salt, and knead again. Let it rest for at least one hour, ideally 2-3 hours. Cover it well so that the moisture doesn't go out.

Take the inflated dough, put oil over it, and knead again a bit. Then, with a roller pin make it rectangular to fit the tray. The resulting dough should be about 1cm tall. Put oil in the tray, and then put the dough in the tray. Let it rest for another hour.

Cover the surface with oil. Add rosemary, thyme, and salt. Make dimples with your fingers.

Preheat the oven to 220 and leave the bread there for around 20-25mins, in the center of the oven.

Once cooked, mix in a small glass: 8 tbsp of oil, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and the chopped parsley. Then, with a spoon, spread it over the "inner" part of the focaccia sandwich. You can add more things inside like chicken breast, mozzarella, and dried cherry tomatoes.
