5 tbsp Fish sauce
4 cloves Garlic
100 gr Kale
230 gr Mungus
1 Onion
400 gr Pork loin
2 Tomato
1.5 liters Water

Arrangements

Chop the onion and garlic, slice the tomato, cut the meat in small cubes and break the kale leaves.

Sauté

Sauté the onion and garlic. After few seconds add the tomato, and a minute later add the meat. Cook until golden.

Add the water and the chicken stock, and when it starts boiling add the mungus and let it simmer until the mungus is almost cooked.

Finally add the kale and fish sauce, and cook until done. Serve with rice and with chicharron.
