Ingredients

700 gr Chicken breast
150 gr Yoghurt Plain
2 tsp Sweet paprika
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Garam masala
0.5 Lemon Juice
Half head Garlic
Sauce
2 Onion
Half head Garlic
2 red Bell pepper
2 tsp Sweet paprika
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Garam masala
1 tso Chili powder
3 Tomato can
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
2 dl Heavy cream Ruokakerma
Many Skewer sticks

    It was a bit spicy for me. Don’t put the ginger and add more garam masala compared to the other spicies. And half of the chili.

    Cut the chicken in cubes, and marinate for an hour.

    Put the chicken in the skewer sticks and put it in the oven in a way that the liquid will drop and not touch the chicken. Cook for a while at 200ºC. Alternatively, you can fry the chicken, but it's not that good because it releases a lot of water... Set aside once cooked.

    Fry the onion and garlic for a few seconds. Then, add the bell pepper. Once soft, add the spicies.

    Add the can tomato, sugar and salt. After 5-10mins or when it thickens, add the cream.

    Once it thickens, add the cooked chicken, and serve with rice.
