    Minced the garlic and ginger, and slice the onion. Slice the carrots, and cut the string beans and cabbage.

    Stir-fry the aromatics for a few seconds, then sear the chicken legs (cook medium-high heat) for one or two minutes per side).

    Add the vegetables, water and the chicken stock cube, and bring it to boil. If you have coconut milk, add it as well. If you have the cream, you can add it later. Boil until it's cooked and, optionally, cook it without the lid to make the soup a bit thicker, although the soup should not be thick.
