The caramel

Warm 4 tablespoons of sugar and 3 of water in a pot. Important: do not stir it, leave it until the caramel is made (it takes a few seconds). Then, while super-warm and carefully, pour caramel into the glass container.

Mix

Mix well the rest of the sugar, eggs and milk. Then, pour it into the container.

Put aluminum foil over the containers, and put them in a tray. Fill this tray with water, half-way. Cook in the oven for 60-70 minutes at 180º C. Check it's cooked using a toothpick.
