150 gr Bacon Preferably do not use bacon
30 gr Parmigiano
4 cloves Garlic

Arrangements

Cut the bacon in small pieces, peel the garlic and cut in big pieces. Use 1/3 of the eggs: while. The rest: egg yolk. Scramble them and mix them with the cheese.

Cook the pasta until al dente.

Fry the garlic for few seconds, then the meat until it's cooked.

When everything is cooked, add the spaghetti with tongs to the frying pan, mix well and add 2 laddle-size water. Wait for one or two minutes until it cools down. Then, add the cheese+eggs and mix well and fast to avoid making scrambled eggs. Finally put salt and pepper.
