1 Lemon
2 stalks Lemon grass
Star anis
Pepper Balls

Arrangements

Mince 2 garlic heads, and peel the other. Slice the onion and lemon grass.

Mix and marinate

Put the chicken in a big pot and put all the ingredients to marinate it. Wait for a minimum of 3 hours.

Put it in the oven at 180-200º C for about 3 hours (this will depend on the size of the chicken; in this case, it was small, about 1kg).

Take the liquid used to marinate the chicken and add more soy sauce, sugar, and sprite, and boil it for a while to make it denser. Then, every 15mins or so, paint the chicken with this to avoid it getting dry.
