150 gr Shiitake
100 gr Enoki
140 gr Bacon Optional
3 medium Tomato
150 gr (cooked) Rice
Soup
700 ml Water
1 tbsp Dashi
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Mirin
300 gr Cheese

    Slice the shiitake, remove the stem of the enoki, cut the tomato and bacon in squares.

    Boil the water and add the dashi. Put all the vegetables and bacon and boil for a 5-10 mins.
