    Syrup

    If the fruits are frozen, put them in the pot at low-medium heat so that they unfreeze slowly. Then, add the sugar and water, and keep boiling in medium-low heat. Occasionally mash the fruit to release more of its water. At the end, sift and set the liquid (syrup) aside.

    Bubbles

    Simply follow the instructions of the tapioca balls. What I did: 1 part of tapioca and 10 of water. After the water is boiling, add the tapioca and set to medium heat. Put the lid, and after two minutes they might be floating. Then, turn of the heat and let them simmer for other 2 minutes. At the end, open them to check they are cooked and put them in cold water.

    3 parts of syrup
    6 parts of tea
    12 parts of milk

    Try again, but this was a bit too sweet.
