Arrangement

Mash/mince the garlic, chop the spring onion, cut the pork belly and mix the ingredients that comprise the sauce.

The broth

Mix the mentsuyu with the 200ml of water and keep it warm. At the same time, start boiling the noodles.

Fry the pork belly in sesame/vegetable oil. When fried, remove the excess of fat.

Add the sauce and keep frying until the pork absorbs it.

Finally, pour the broth in a bowl, add the noodles and the toppings: pork belly, spring onions and egg yolk.
