Arrangements (dough)Mix the flour, water and salt, knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rest between 2 to 12 hours. Cover it with plastic. |

Make the sklinPut flour everywhere. Get a piece of the dough and knead it in a churro-like shape. Then, cut it into small pieces. Take one piece, squash it with your hand. Flatten it with the Chinese rolling pin appropriately (roll until half of the skin, turn 90 degrees and repeat, so that the borders are thinner than the center). Finally put the filling inside and close it nicely. It probably helps to put flour in your fingertips. |
