2 big Carrot
1 Leek
1 green Bell pepper

100 gr Tomato can If you put more it's not bad but it's too much tomato..
70 ml White wine
1 Beef cube stock

Cut the meat, potatoes, leek, carrots, bell pepper, and garlic,

Fry the meat to seal it. After, add the garlic for a few seconds. Then, add all the potatoes, leek, and salt. When the potatoes are half cooked, add the bell pepper and the carrots. After a few mins, add the wine and wait until it evaporates. Add the tomato, water, beef cube, bay leaves, rosemary, and wait until everything is cooked.
