Fry the meat to seal it. After, add the garlic for a few seconds. Then, add all the potatoes, leek, and salt. When the potatoes are half cooked, add the bell pepper and the carrots. After a few mins, add the wine and wait until it evaporates. Add the tomato, water, beef cube, bay leaves, rosemary, and wait until everything is cooked. |
