Ingredients

300 gr Kale Any leaf (spinach, acelgas)
500 gr (canned) White beans Or chickpeas
Saffron
1 tsp Sweet paprika
Sofrito
2 Tomato can
3 small Onion
4 cloves Garlic
1 Eggs
0.5 tsp Cumin
4 slices Bread
Vinegar
Optional
Potatoes
Pumpkin
Peanuts
4 big Carrot

    Fry the garlic, then the bread. Put some vinegar in the bread. Then, fry the eggs.
    Blend all of those ingredients, and the tomato and onion. Fry it again, adding some cumin.

    Boil water, add the leaves and the uncooked beans (otherwise, add the beans later). Optionally, add potatoes or pumpkins.
    Once done, add the sofrito, with sweet paprika and saffron.
    Before serving, optionally, add some peanuts to make It crunchier.
