Arrangement

Chop the spring onions, boil the eggs, mince the chicken breast, cut ginger in medium size pieces and mash the ginger.

In a pot add the rice and water, and when it starts boiling, add the chicken breast, chicken stock and the ginger.

Boil at medium-high heat and stir occasionally until the rice starts breaking, approximately for an hour.

Finally add salt and pepper, put it in a plate, and garnish with the spring onion and chopped boiled egg.
