Arrangement

Slice the onion and carrot, and cut the potatoes and chicken breast in large and medium size pieces respectively.

Cook the rice

Start cooking the rice so that it will be ready when the curry is also ready.

Put some vegetable oil in a pot and stir-fry the onion and carrot until the onion turns golden. Put the lid if necessary.

Add the potatoes and chicken breast in the pot, put the lid to the pot, and cook until the potatoes are almost done.

Pour enough water to almost cover all the ingredients in the pot, and boil until the potatoes are cooked. It is better to put less water than too much; you can always add more if needed.
