This can still be improved. Last time I made this it looked quite brownish.

Marinate

Mince half of the garlic, cut the chicken breast in small pieces, and put it together with the soy sauce in a bowl to marinate for 30 minutes.

Stir-fry

Chop the rest of the garlic, fry it with vegetable oil. After few seconds add the marinated meat and the vinegar, and stir-fry until cooked.

Add the coconut milk and keep stir-frying until most of it evaporates.
