    Blend the rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and ice. Note that cream of coconut is not the coconut cream used for cooking. You can make it by boiling for 5 minutes 250 ml of coconut milk, 150 gr of sugar, and a pinch of salt, and let it cool.
