Ingredients

160 gr Udon
2 (100 gr) Carrot
200 gr Leek
90 gr Mushrooms
2 (300 gr) Chicken legs
2 Eggs
Broth
1000 ml Konbu + Shiitake dashi
6 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Mirin

    Arrangement

    Slice the carrots and leek. Cut the mushroom in big pieces (if these are small mushrooms, don't cut them). Debone the chicken legs.

    Mix the dashi, soy sauce and mirin, and bring it to boil

    Add the vegetables and meat and cook for 10 minutes.
