200 gr Shimeji
3 big leaves Cabbage
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Dashi
1 tbsp Corn starch
0.2 l Cooking cream

1 Spring onions optional

Arrangements

Cook the pasta. Cut the bacon, wash the shimeji and separate them. Cut the cabbage

Fry the bacon in olive oil until almost cooked. Then add the shimeji and cabbage, and cook until all the water is almost evaporated.

Add the say sauce and corn starch. Mix it well. Then, add the cooking cream and the dashi, and mix well. It should cover the ingredients well.
