400 gr Pork loin
120 gr (1 big piece) Carrot
125 gr String beans (or snap peas)
3 束 (250gr) Soumen Typically egg noodles
250 gr (0.5) Cabbage
1 Onion
4 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
6 tbsp Soy sauce
1 cube Chicken stock
500 ml Water

Arrangements

Cut the meat into small cubes. Chop the cabbage, garlic and string beans. Slice the onion. Cut in small long pieces the carrot.

Blanch the vegetables

Put all the vegetables in boiling water for a minute. Remove the water and put them in cold water.

Stir-fry

Saute the garlic and onion; then the meat, and when it's cooked, add the soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Add the broth (previously water+chicken stock), and let it boil for a couple of mins. Then add the noodles. Depending on the noodles be careful on how to cook them. At the end, there should be almost no water.

Finally, add the vegetables and mix well. Cook for like a minute. Check if it needs more soy sauce and oyster sauce.
