ArrangementsChop the onion, garlic, hot pepper. Boil water and add the stock. |

The sauceFry the onion, garlic and hot pepper for few minutes. Afterwards, add the can tomatoes and sweet paprika, and cook for 10-15 minutes to reduce the amount of water. |

Add progressively the stock to the sauce, and keep stirring. |

Blend the sauce. |

Fry the potatoesCut the potatoes in small irregular pieces, and fry them in medium heat until they are soft. At the end you can fry them in high heat to make them a bit golden. |
