    Slice the onion, mushroom, and bacon.

    Fry the mushrooms with the lid on until they are cooked. Put aside, and don't throw away the liquid if any.

    Fry the bacon in abundant oil. Put aside when crispy. Fry the onion (medium heat).

    When the onions become golden, add the bacon and mushroom, heavy cream and cheese. Leave it in the pot until the sauce becomes homogeneous. Add spices if you want.
