2 Tomato can
Vegetables
3 Carrot
4 cloves Garlic
200 gr Green peas
4 stalks Leek
250 gr Mushrooms
2.5 red Onion
1 Squash Or pumpkin
Spices
1 Beef cube stock
Rosemary
Thyme
White wine Optional

    Beef: 8.5€, Mushrooms: 4€, Leek: 2€, Carrots: 0.5€, Onion: 0.5€, Tomato: 0.5€ = 16€

    Arrangements

    Mince the garlic and onion. Chop the leek, squash and beef in small pieces. Slice the carrots and mushrooms.

    Sear the beef (fry and don't move for a while) in batches. Put aside. Fry the onion and garlic until starting to caramelize, and add the leek. Add meat and, if you have white wine, add it and cook until the alcohol evaporates.

    Add the rest of the vegetables: mushrooms, carrots, squash. Fry for a while, and add the can tomato. If necessary, add a bit of water to cover everything, together with the beef cubes and other seasoning. Simmer for an hour. When everything is done, add the frozen peas
