Arrangements

Cut the meat and cabbage, chop the spring onions.

In a bowl, put the egg, dashi, water, and flour. Mix well. Add the cabbage and spring onions, and mix well again (with a spoon).

In a non-stick frying pan put the dough in a circular shape. On top, put the pork belly. Fry in medium heat for about 5-10 min, flip, and keep frying. Finally, add the toppings.
