    Cut the potatoes and carrots in small pieces, and boil them until almost cooked. Add the green peas and let everything boil until all vegetables are cooked.

    Cut the surimi and egg in small pieces. Put these, the vegetables and the tuna in a bowl, mix, and add salt. Progressively add the mayonnaise while mixing until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
