2 Eggs
2 tbsp Pine nuts
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
Flour
Sauce
4 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
2 Tomato
3 slices Bread
1 tsp Sweet paprika
600 ml Broth
100 ml White wine

Albóndigas

In a bowl, mix the ingredients to make the albóndigas with salt and paper.

Cover them with flour, and fry them (medium-high heat).

Arrangements (sauce)

Grate the tomato, cut the garlic, mince the onion, toast/fry the bread.

Blend the sweet paprika, bread, garlic, and broth.

Sauté de onion for 5 mins in low-medium heat. Add the tomato, and when the water is almost evaporated, add the white wine and cook until there is no alcohol.

Finally, add the blended broth and the albóndigas, and cook until it's enough evaporated.
