Ingredients

1 Bell pepper Red
50 gr Celery
1 cube Chicken stock
800 gr Chicken wings
300 ml Coconut milk
45 gr Curry roux
4 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
0.5 cups Water
3 Potatoes

Arrangements

Cut the potatoes in small-size pieces; cut the bell-pepper, celery and garlic; slice the onion; wash the chicken.

Stir-fry

Stir-fry the onion and garlic for a minute. Add the celery for another minute. Add the bell-pepper for a couple of minutes. Finally, add the potatoes an keep frying for 3-4 more minutes.

Afterwards, add the chicken and keep frying until it's half cooked. Then, add the coconut milk, chicken stock and water and cook until it's almost done.

Finally, add the curry roux and reach the desired consistency adding more water or curry, if necessary. Serve with rice.
