100 gr Cabbage
1 medium-big Carrot
1 cube Chicken stock
4 cloves Garlic
65 gr Green beans
250 gr Meat Any. You could even mix chicken and pork
1 Onion
250 gr Rice noodles Thin
6 tbsp Soy sauce

Arrangements

Cut: cabbage, meat and onion. Chop: garlic. Cut in thin horizontal slices the carrot. Cut off the stem of the green beans. Soak the noodles.

Stir-fry

Stir-fry the onion and garlic for a minute. Incorporate the meat and keep stir-frying for a couple more minutes.

Simmering

Add enough water to cover the meat and the chicken cube, and simmer for 15 mins.

Add the rest of the vegetables and keep simmering for 5 minutes.

Remove all the ingredients from the pot except the broth, and boil the noodles there until almost no liquid remains.

Finally, add all the ingredients back to the pot. Add pepper and soy sauce and mix well. Serve with lemon.
