5 Bay leaves
1 Carrot
100 gr Chorizo
4 cloves Garlic
200 gr Lentils
5 small-medium Onion
100 gr Pork belly
1 medium size Potatoes
60 gr Rice
3-5 threads Saffron
1 tsp Sweet paprika
5 small-medium Tomato

The night before soak the lentils (or at least, soak them for 2 hours and add them in the step 4). Blend all the tomatoes and all the onions except one onion. Mix this with enough water to make 2 liters of liquid.

Cut the onions, carrots, meat, and wash the garlic, bay leaves and lentils.

Add salt and the pork belly to the soup, and boil the soup with the lid on for at least 15 minutes. If possible, leave it longer to extract more flavor from the pork meat.
