    You can do the same with asparagus, but separate the tips, and fry them for fewer time.

    1 cup of rice -> 4-6 of stock

    Fry the chopped onion, then the mushroom. Then, add the rice.
    Add wine, and when evaporated, keep adding the stock.
    When done, add the powder cheese and let it rest a few mins.
