Arrangement

Cut the meat and vegetables in medium-size pieces. Prepare the mentsuyu.

In a pot, fry the meat until almost cooked.

Add the vegetables and fry them for a few minutes with the lid on.

Add the mentsuyu and simmer until the potatoes are cooked.

Serve with rice. Nice idea: separate the broth and cook some noodles with it.
