1 Beef cube stock
2 (red and green) Bell pepper
3 cloves Garlic
100 gr Green peas
0.5 Lemon
1 Onion
300 gr Pork loin
2 medium size Potatoes
Enough Soy sauce
1 Tomato can

Marinate the meat

Cut the meat in small-medium pieces and put it in a bowl with the lemon juice and enough soy sauce to cover everything. Let it rest for at least 10 minutes.

Arrangements

Cut the potatoes and bell pepper, slice the onion and chop the garlic.

Stir-fry

Stir-fry the garlic and onion on a pot.

Afterwards, include the marinated meat together with the liquid and fry until it's almost cooked.

Add the can tomato and some water until it covers the rest of the ingredients enough, about a glass of water or so. Also, add the beef stock, and cook for 30-40 minutes.

Add the cut potatoes and green peas, and cook for another 10 minutes, until the potatoes are almost done.

Add the bell pepper, black pepper, salt and a pinch of sugar. Cook for 5 more minutes, and serve with rice.
