Prepare the tomatoIf you don't have tomato can, blend the tomatoes (1 can approximately equals 6-8 tomatoes). If you have no blender, chop them. Afterwards, fry the tomato for a while to evaporate the water, and add salt and sugar. |

ArrangementsCut the onions, zucchini (peeled), aubergine, tomatoes and bell peppers in medium-size pieces. |

In medium-high heat, stir-fry the onion until golden. Add the bell-pepper and keep frying for few minutes. Afterwards, add the rest of the chopped vegetables with some salt, and cook until almost done. |

Finally, add the tomato sauce, mix well and fry for few minutes until everything is well cooked. |
