Prepare the tomato

If you don't have tomato can, blend the tomatoes (1 can approximately equals 6-8 tomatoes). If you have no blender, chop them. Afterwards, fry the tomato for a while to evaporate the water, and add salt and sugar.

Arrangements

Cut the onions, zucchini (peeled), aubergine, tomatoes and bell peppers in medium-size pieces.

In medium-high heat, stir-fry the onion until golden. Add the bell-pepper and keep frying for few minutes. Afterwards, add the rest of the chopped vegetables with some salt, and cook until almost done.

Finally, add the tomato sauce, mix well and fry for few minutes until everything is well cooked.
