1 Carrot
1 Onion
Pork
2 Eggs
500 gr Pork shoulder Actually, any cut.
5 tbsp Soy sauce
100 gr Flour
50 gr Corn starch
Sauce
2 cups Water
5 tbsp Vinegar
9 tbsp Ketchup
8 tbsp Sugar

Arrangements

Cut the all the ingredients to medium-size parts. Marinate the meat in soy sauce for at least 10 minutes. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce.

Deep fry

Mix the flour and cornstarch. Scramble the eggs. Put the pork in the scrambled eggs, cover it with the flour-cornstach mix, and deep fry it for around 10 minutes. Put aside in a plate with paper towel to absorb the oil.

Boil

In a frying pan boil the liquid that will become the sauce, and when it starts boiling add carrots. After boiling for 5 minutes, add the rest of the vegetables. Cook until the liquid almost becomes a sauce.

Finally, add the pork and mix well for about a minute. Serve with rice.
